Report Viewer

Our Report Viewer provides a full-screen experience and navigation for all of the Insights cards reports you have access to. This experience provides better discoverability of your existing reports and a complete library of out of the box reports that have been created for you. You can save time and effort while increasing the breadth of data at your fingertips.

Chart Legend Filter

The Chart Legend Filter allows you to filter by chart legend simply by clicking on the icon next to any data in the legend. You can select one, multiple, or all segments to filter your chart view in real-time. This feature doesn’t only propel your visuals, the report below the chart updates at the same time. The report below the chart will reflect the corresponding data of the selected segments. Watch the filters change right along with the chart below. Who says data can’t be pretty and smart?

Count Unique

We've added a new insights calculation that will allow for data to be drawn out by count unique rather than total count. For example, in marketing analytics, count unique would calculate the number of actual people for MQLs using something like “email” to count the MQLs by unique email rather than counting by total, often returning counts for the same email more than once.

Lead Funnel

You can now create a funnel based on Lead data in Insights!

Cumulative Sum/Count

The cumulative sum and count calculations continually add values to the previous for a continuing cumulative sum/count. For example, if you configured a date graph for January, February, and March, and you did "sum of amount" where the sum was 100 (Jan), 150 (Feb) , and 50 (March), whereas if you used "cumulative sum of amount" you'd get 100 (Jan), 250 (Jan+Feb), and 300 (Jan+Feb+March).

Customize a split property in Machine Learning Models

Splitting properties in a Machine Learning Model allows you to optimally align with your business process and increase ML accuracy.

New Context Sourced Properties

Number of Campaigns: Number of campaigns influencing this opportunity (Campaigns for: Leads, contacts, etc.)

Number of Responded Campaigns: Number of responded campaigns influencing this opportunity (Campaigns for: Leads, contacts, etc.)

•Opportunity Equal Touch Attribution Amount: new context sourced property to opportunities to facilitate equal touch attribution, calculating amount divided by numberOfRespondedCampaigns

•Opportunity Status Context: Determining an opportunity's status will allow us to make more consistent, easier to understand insights, setting status of 'Won', 'Lost', 'Open' will enable insights to show "Won" & "Lost" instead of "true" "false".
