Prior to going live with InsightSquared Platform Conversational Intelligence, we strongly advise you to go through the following checklist to make sure your team is set up to have the best experience possible.
Step 1: Ensure your team meets the system requirements.
Step 2. Open network ports in your router/firewall/antivirus software. For full details, please see our specific guidance.
Step 3: If your router supports QoS, you must prioritize traffic to ensure quality calls and meetings.
Step 4: Test your network and setup. Place a test call to verify two-way audio and reachability. In addition, run a bandwidth test to determine call capacity for your network.
Step 5: Ensure your team has headsets and they're connected properly.
Once these are complete and the requirements are met we are good to launch
