The Won/Lost by Rep insights cards are provided out of the box in the InsightSquared Platform. These cards provide you with preset data on opportunities won/lost per rep based on opportunity count or value, allowing immediate visibility into rep success rates by both metrics. Changes can be made to best fit your needs, check out Editing from the Dashboard and Creating and Editing Insights Cards to learn more about making changes.

These cards are created as bar chart cards. Below is the Won/Lost Opps Close Trailing 12 Months by Rep by Opportunity Count card as it is shown on a dashboard, the Won/Lost Opps Close Trailing 12 Months by Rep by Opportunity Value card has the same setup, only differing in the x-axis which displays total opportunity amount (Value) instead of opportunity count, the Value card does not produce a win rate line chart.

Content Type

This card has an opportunity content type and will filter and display data based on content from opportunities.

Filters

The opportunity content has been set to filter based on opportunities Closed by the Close Date filter, set to Relative>In the Last>12 Months>From Now to produce only opps closed in the last 12 months.

A set of standard filters has been set to appear and can be adjusted to best fit your needs using interactive filters or in the card editor.

Calculations

The calculations for opportunity count, average opportunity amount and average opportunity activity total are preset and shown in the card's subtitle.

Opportunity Count: The number of opportunities closing this quarter

Average Opportunity Amount: average amount of opportunities closing this quarter

Average Opportunity Activity Total: average number of activities

Average Opportunity Win Rate: Average number of closed-won opps in the time period (only on Opp Count card)
