How many clicks does it take to get to the center of an opportunity to add a note or task, or log call? Too many!  Why spend time clicking around when you don't have to?

How to use Instant Actions

1. Click the "+" button in the lower left corner of your Actions Dashboard

2. Upon clicking, you will see a list of Actions you can take instantly within the IS2 Platform.  For example, if you want to quickly log a call, you can do so directly in IS2 by clicking on "Log a Call", completing the fields and clicking "Create". This activity is automatically sent to your CRM in real-time. It's that simple. 

Available Instant Actions

The IS2 Platform has a pre-populated list of Instant Actions. Custom Instant Actions can be created and tweaked by your SalesOps team.
